Nottingham’s City airport is just a 15 minute drive away (5 miles). If arriving by car, leave the M1 at Junction 26 and follow the A610 to the city centre. The car park is available for all Players Rewards members but you will need to enter your registration as soon as possible after parking. Nottingham Railway station is a 10 minute walk from Alea or you can take a tram from Station Street alighting at Royal Centre and you'll find the casino a two minute walk along Upper Parliament Street. There is no on site hotel but there are numerous in the city centre, the nearest being the Ramada, the Holiday Inn and the Crowne Plaza.
The main floor has 20 gaming tables and there are 21 electronic gaming machines and 40 for electronic roulette. The casino hosts seven poker festivals every year as well as international tournaments. Cash games, including Texas Hold'em, Omaha and dealers choice, 5% raked at £5, are held seven nights a week. Join the Players Rewards programme to earn reward points whenever you play, eat or drink at the venue. Whilst no membership is required, entrance after 10.00pm on Fridays and Saturdays is for Players Rewards card holders only but you can sign up on the night.
Alea Casino has a Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill, three bars and an extensive cocktail menu. The Hidden Bar features entertainment throughout the week and they also have huge TV screens showing all the major sporting events.
